Technology & Inks
Printed using UV (ultraviolet) inks which emit low to no VOCs and are solvent-free. Aluminum composite signs may be recycled, check with your local authority prior to disposal.
Quality control
Indigo press operators review and verify color output at press before allowing the order to pass through to finishing. Once printing is complete, the finishing team reviews the print once more and proceeds in cutting the product to the finished size. Quality of the cut and print is reviewed once completed before it is sent to the packaging team. The final quality review occurs at the pack-out station prior to the order being placed into the box. A packager reviews the internal job header card for all of the order attributes to ensure accuracy. If this does not pass, the order is sent back to press.
Packaging control
The products are shipped in durable cardboard boxes to protect them during the shipment.
